Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the U.S. only and do not ship to U.S. territories. We hope to ship internationally in the future.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up until it ships. If you need to cancel your order, please contact email@example.com.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
What shipping service do you use?
We ship online orders with USPS. For overnight or expedited orders, we may use UPS. Plants are delivered next-day to the Charlotte, NC area only and are not eligible for shipping.
Can I ship to more than one address?
If you would like to ship to more than one address, please complete separate orders for each address.
How do I get free shipping?
Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping! Just use the code SHIPFREE at checkout.
How long does it take to get my order?
We work to ship orders within 2-3 business days after the order was placed, but we'll ship it faster if we can! Orders are packaged and shipped Monday through Friday.
Can I get my order expedited?
Probably! Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss your options based on order and shipping location.
